The Continuum Academy is a private athlete academy serving families in Collin County and the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We only collect information that a family gives us directly through one of our forms — a reservation, an inquiry, a tour request, a scholarship request, an application, or enrollment.
Depending on the form, that can include:
- Parent or guardian name, email address, and phone number
- A second parent or guardian’s contact details
- Athlete first name or full name, date of birth, entering grade, current school, club or program, positions played, athletic notes, and a highlights link
- References — name, relationship, email, and phone number
- Academic transcripts and related school records
- Financial situation information provided in connection with a scholarship request
- How your family heard about us, and anything you write to us
- Standard web analytics — pages viewed, referring website, landing page, and UTM campaign parameters
Why we collect it
We use this information to process reservations, inquiries, tours, applications, scholarship consideration, and enrollment; to communicate with your family about those steps; and to run the school’s admissions process. Analytics information helps us understand how families find us and where our website needs work.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Information about minors
Information about a student athlete is submitted by that student’s parent or guardian, not by the student. We use it only for admissions and enrollment purposes. We do not sell information about minors, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make this school and this website work: our website hosting provider, our database provider, our email delivery provider, and our payment processor for deposits and tuition payments. Each of them receives only what they need to perform that service.
We never sell your information to third parties. We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
We keep family and athlete information for [RETENTION PERIOD — TO BE CONFIRMED], after which it is deleted or anonymized. If you would like your information removed sooner, contact us and we will handle it.
Your rights as a family
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about your family, to correct anything that is wrong, or to delete it entirely. Email admissions@continuum.academy and tell us what you need. We will confirm your identity as the parent or guardian before making changes.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date above.
